The United Auto Staff union is launching an unprecedented campaign to organize 13 non-union automakers in the U.S. after bargaining file contracts with the Detroit automakers.
The union said Wednesday the push will address almost 150,000 autoworkers across with BMW, Honda, Hyundai, Lucid, Mazda, Mercedes, Nissan, Rivian, Subaru, Tesla, Toyota, Volkswagen and Volvo.
As part of the marketing campaign personnel are signing electronic playing cards in assistance of union endeavours to potentially arrange U.S. vegetation from all those automakers.
It is not confirmed that the union would press to manage each individual plant or automaker that participates in the marketing campaign. Total, personnel would need to vote in help of UAW illustration.
