A US armed forces plane has crashed into the sea off the coastline of southern Japan.
The wreckage of a US Osprey, which crashed with eight crew members on board, has been discovered together with a deployed lifeboat, Japan’s coastguard explained on Wednesday.
The coastguard claimed it gained an emergency simply call on Wednesday afternoon from a fishing boat near the crash internet site, which is off the island of Yakushima, situated south of the key island of Kyushu.
